He takes into consideration your style, preferences, budget, and will give it to you straight if a home is overpriced or a steal as well as highlight areas of concern in a home. He's super speedy to respond and treats you like a long time friend. For us, he even made a special video to congratulate us on our new home with videos and pictures of our new place and us on signing day.
